Working closely with Lumora’s founder and leadership team, I lead the company’s brand and design, shaping the strategy and visual identity to support its growth. The brand system was developed hands-on, ensuring consistency across communications, collateral, and physical environments. The website was designed as a core expression of that system, built around best practices and trauma-informed UX principles to create a clear and supportive experience for patients seeking care. I worked closely with development to bring the design online and partner with the Director of Content Strategy on external communications, ensuring clarity and consistency across the brand.
