Several years back Alabaster had won second in the “America’s Best Espresso” competition in New York City. After joining the other winners with a group shot of their winning coffees Alabaster realized they needed a packaging upgrade.
Working independently, I redesigned their packaging to elevate their appearance while retaining an info system that was easily discernible by coffee aficionados. The result was a minimalist-chic package that has won numerous awards and has been celebrated in both the coffee and design communities. Building on the success of their new packaging, we’ve translated that across all touch points of the brand.
